About The Position
The Director of Clinical Services at Planned Parenthood of Delaware (PPDE) is responsible for leading the licensed provider team, which includes Advanced Practice Clinicians, RNs, and LCSWs. This role involves strategic planning and direction of all clinical healthcare aspects at PPDE, ensuring compliance with medical standards and guidelines, and providing direct medical care to patients. The Director collaborates with the Medical Director and COO to meet clinical goals and manage the medical services budget effectively.
