About The Position
Grady Health System offers many career paths for Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant. Whether you have many years of experience or are in the early stages on your career, you can find a rewarding position at Grady! The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work virtually 4 days a week with 1 day of in-person clinic work for a 5-day work week. The APP is responsible for providing clinical evaluations and assessments, initiating diagnostic and treatment plans, and educating patients presenting for care. During the time spent in the remote capacity, the APP will spend part of the day working with the Video on Demand (VoD) team, providing care for patients virtually. The other part of the day, the APP will be working closely with their assigned clinic to help with inbasket management work, covering indirect work within clinicians' inbasket folders including patient messages, telephone calls, and urgent refills.
