About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner position at ComplexCare Solutions (CCS) focuses on delivering high-value in-home and virtual assessments for health plans across the nation. Nurse Practitioners will spend significant time with members to understand their personal needs and ensure they receive appropriate care, ultimately aiming to keep them at home and out of the hospital.
