About The Position

Ideal Image is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide non-invasive aesthetic services and treatments, ensuring safe and effective care for clients. The role involves educating clients on treatment processes, performing aesthetic procedures, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with clinic teams to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction while adhering to established protocols and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment, in good standing.
• Proficient in computer and tablet skills, including MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong documentation skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of activity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, injectables, and skin rejuvenation.
• Sales experience in a medical or aesthetic setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products.
• Evaluate client's suitability for treatments and educate them on the treatment process, including pre and post-treatment guidelines.
• Ensure client safety and efficacy of treatments through continuous education and training.
• Document client treatment records accurately and thoroughly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, including cleaning, stocking, and ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet clinic goals.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators through consultative sales approaches.
• Manage and drive sales initiatives in partnership with the Clinic Manager.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and processing payments.
