Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programme (NP degree required)
• Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner licence and active DEA registration
• Experience and proficiency with EMR platforms
• Demonstrated compassion, integrity, motivation, and excellent teamwork skills
• Outstanding communication and organisational abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to patients in post-acute and long-term care environments
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and care quality
• Utilise Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems efficiently for documentation and patient management
