Compensation & Bonus Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 $10,000 first-year bonus 401k with employer match Up to 23 days off in year one Bonus and PTO structure make this financially steady — not per-visit variable. Clinical Focus This is not acute inpatient care. This is: Managing symptom burden Supporting goals-of-care conversations Coordinating interdisciplinary plans Providing palliative support in community settings Hospice experience is required. This role is built for someone who already understands the complexity and emotional depth of serious illness care.
