Nurse Practitioner or Physician – Plattsburgh, NY (3 days per week)
About The Position
The IMA Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Licensed Physician to perform comprehensive medical evaluations as part of our disability line of business. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) focused on disability evaluations. Our ideal candidate will conduct physical assessments, review medical histories, and prepare detailed medical reports. Compensation: Nurse Practitioner: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, prorated based on days worked. Physician: $140,000 – $150,000 annually, prorated based on days worked. Fee-for-Service Option: $40 per unit for Nurse Practitioners, and $50 per unit for Physicians. Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD/DO) license.
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Licensed Physician.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred specialties include family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, occupational medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), or orthopedics.
Responsibilities
- Medical Evaluations: Perform in-depth medical assessments, including gathering medical histories and conducting physical examinations of applicants.
- Diagnostic Interpretation: Analyze and interpret diagnostic and ancillary testing.
- Report Writing: Create a comprehensive medical report.
- Data Submission: Utilize our user-friendly report generation platform to submit your evaluations.
