About The Position

Are you passionate about evidence-based medicine? We’re looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (ARNP, FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dynamic healthcare team, serving patients at our Primary Care Clinic in Parkersburg.
This part-time position offers a rare and rewarding opportunity to maintain excellence in traditional medical practice with a focus on whole-person wellness. You’ll work approximately 2–3 days per week, collaborating with a team of practitioners in a growing community.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active, unrestricted Iowa license and national certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and patient engagement abilities.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and teamwork mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and acute care visits, wellness exams, and chronic disease management.
• Diagnose and treat common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and lipid imbalances.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging and prescribe medications when indicated.
• Emphasize preventive care and health education.
• Maintain continuity of care across clinic settings.
