Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
  • DEA license or willingness to obtain
  • Solid understanding of treatment protocols and drug interactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
  • Genuine passion for patient-centered care
