ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health General Surgery-Washington, located in Washington, North Carolina, are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Physician Assistant to join their growing practice. Experienced applicants are preferred with expertise in wound care. New graduates are welcome to apply. Employment by ECU Health Physicians Hospital privileges at ECU Health Beaufort Hospital, a campus of ECUH Medical Center Established community practice with 3 surgeons Monday -Thursday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm; Friday 7:30 am - 11:30 am No call Inpatient and Outpatient clinical responsibilities will include rounding on patients for post ops in the morning followed by clinic time seeing patients for H&Ps, pre-ops, post-ops and urgent/same day appointments Ideal candidate will have surgery and wound care experience No surgical first assist responsibilities needed in this role Built in referral network Ability to live in a family friendly community with an affordable cost of living conveniently located 25 miles east of Greenville, NC and a little over an hour from the?beautiful beaches of North Carolina ACLS certification by the American Heart Association is required Excellent compensation and benefits package Relocation assistance
