About The Position

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant position is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with acute or chronic medical conditions in an urgent care setting, which may include telehealth medicine. The role requires the individual to function as an independent healthcare provider, ensuring compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies. The practitioner will evaluate and treat patients according to the medical model, establish appropriate levels of care, and complete all medical record documentation prior to the end of their shift. Additionally, the position involves working with and encouraging clinical support staff to assure quality and proficiency in the delivery of clinical care. The ideal candidate will be friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service driven.

Requirements

• Oklahoma Advanced Practice license
• DEA and OBNDD required
• Advanced level of medical clinical knowledge
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Professionalism and systems-based practice

Responsibilities
