1. 5 Medical Assistants per provider (one dedicated MA plus shared float support)
Front desk support at each clinic
On-site office manager and regional leadership support
Prior authorizations, referrals, and billing handled in-house
Protected administrative time built into the schedule
Time between patient visits for documentation and care coordination
Early clinic closure on Fridays, with the last patient scheduled at 2:00 PM

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program
• Active Arizona NP or PA license, or ability to obtain
• DEA registration or eligibility prior to start date
• Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• AZ NP or PA License Required
• Completion of USA NP/PA Program (Not Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Perform preventive visits, acute visits, and chronic disease management
• Conduct annual wellness visits, physicals, and screenings
• Diagnose and manage common conditions
• Order and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Coordinate care with specialists and ensure follow-up
• Document clearly and efficiently in the EHR
• Participate in team-based care and quality initiatives
