Practice in a newly expanded CentraCare-Sauk Crossing state-of-the-art facility designed to support team-based care, improve patient flow, and enhance both patient and provider experience. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and collaborate closely with on-site lab, imaging, and specialty resources. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Prior experience as NP or PA in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
