About The Position

Sansum Clinic is seeking a passionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Endocrinology team at our. This is a full‑time opportunity supporting an established, well‑respected practice with a strong patient base.

Requirements

• NP/PA with Directly Related Experience in Endocrinology
• Excellent skill set in Endocrinology
• Interested in following chronic conditions over time
• NP/PA Certified
• DEA Certificate and/or California Furnishing License
• Eligible to Work in the United States
• CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrine care, including chronic disease management
• Manage Type I & Type II diabetes and other endocrine-related conditions
• Deliver follow-up visits, urgent add‑on visits, and work within a care‑team pod model
• Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, diabetes educators, and clinical support staff
• Provide patient education on diet, exercise, medications, and long‑term disease management
• Participate in administrative duties (approximately 10% of workload)
