About The Position
QuadMed is hiring a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our Kohls clinic in Macon, GA! Work with a team-oriented staff to provide quality care to Kohls employees and their dependents. Requirements
- Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
- Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
- Ability to work independently
- Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- NPI & DEA
- Current National Board Certification
- May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location
