AAC | Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
About The Position
The Allergy & Asthma Center is a growing, patient-centered specialty practice led by dual Board-Certified Allergist and Immunologist Dr. Jason Bellak. We provide comprehensive allergy and asthma care for pediatric and adult patients across Southern Nevada, using advanced diagnostic technology and individualized treatment plans to help our patients live without limitations. We are looking for a motivated, clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and help meet growing patient demand. This is a full-time position with meaningful autonomy, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to practice in a focused specialty alongside an experienced, board-certified physician.
Requirements
- Current Nevada NP or PA licensure
- DEA registration
- Comfortable with procedures in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Team player who thrives in a structured, high-volume specialty environment
Nice To Haves
- Allergy/immunology experience strongly preferred; pulmonology or primary care with allergy exposure considered
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions including environmental allergies, food allergies, asthma, eczema, hives, contact dermatitis, sinusitis, drug allergies, and immunodeficiencies
- Perform and interpret diagnostic testing including skin testing, patch testing, spirometry, and oral challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including immunotherapy, biologic therapies, and medication management
- Educate patients on their conditions, avoidance strategies, and action plans
- Document thoroughly in ModMed (Modernizing Medicine) EHR
- Collaborate closely with Dr. Bellak and clinical support staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience
