Requirements

  • National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Assistant Certification through NCCPA; or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or ability to obtain prior to employment

Nice To Haves

  • EMR Proficient
  • 4+ years of experience working in a Family Medicine primary care setting, independently managing a patient panel

Responsibilities

  • Full-time role with 36 patient contact hours per week (FTE negotiable for less than full-time)
  • Flexible 4-day workweek schedule
  • EPIC EMR with AI tools for efficient charting
  • Patient load: 18-22 patients per day on average
