About The Position

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Inpatient Diabetes & Glycemic Management (Non-ICU) Hospital-Based | Maryland | Block Schedule GlyCare is a hospital-based group practice specializing in inpatient diabetes and glycemic management. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants deliver protocol-driven, evidence-based care to hospitalized adults on Med-Surg and Step-Down units (non-ICU), with endocrinology support. Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Maryland NP or PA license
• NP: FNP, AGNP, or ACNP | PA-C
• Inpatient experience required
• EMR proficiency
• Minimum 1-year contract commitment

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative inpatient diabetes/glycemic management (non-ICU)
• Independently round using established protocols
• Manage ~25 patients/day
• Participate in rotating phone-only after-hours call
