About The Position
A hospital-employed ENT (Otolaryngology) clinic in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a full-time NP or PA to join a busy, established outpatient practice. Highlights: 100% outpatient ENT clinic Monday–Friday schedule No weekends, no call Strong physician support and experienced clinical staff
Requirements
- Licensed NP or PA
- Board certified or eligible
Nice To Haves
- ENT, primary care, or surgical specialty experience preferred (training available)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with ENT conditions in an outpatient setting
- Perform follow-up visits, routine ENT care, and patient education
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Document care in the EMR and coordinate referrals as needed
