Requirements

Active APRN or PA license (required)
Willing and able to relocate to the Winston-Salem, NC area before starting (required).

Nice To Haves

Experience: 1+ years in primary care, internal medicine, OB/GYN, emergency medicine, nutrition, or a related field (preferred but not required).
DEA certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical exams, review medical histories, and order key diagnostics (EKGs, phlebotomy, metabolic breathing analysis) to create tailored treatment plans.
Prescribe and dispense appetite suppressants, including GLP-1s, while strictly adhering to state and federal regulations.
Deliver weekly motivational counseling on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle shifts to guide patients toward lasting success.
Leverage our proprietary EMR system to track progress, document outcomes, and ensure highly personalized care.
Train clinical and non-clinical staff, connect with referring physicians, and lead patient consultations to fuel clinic growth.
Build meaningful relationships through proactive follow-up calls, addressing concerns and celebrating milestones to support long-term patient wins.
Provide occasional coverage at our three nearby clinics to strengthen our regional team.
Take on other clinical tasks as needed to keep operations smooth and advance our shared mission.
