Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Master's degree in nursing.
• One year experience is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• Prior work history with FQHC practice, Medicaid population, or patients with social determinants.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to 20-25 patients per day per provider.
• Participate in a call schedule of three to four days per month, including after hours call.
• Utilize EPIC EMR in office and hospital.
