About The Position
MedNOW Clinics is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in family medicine to join our team in Colorado Springs. As a vital part of our healthcare delivery model, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, comprehensive, and coordinated care to our patients. Our clinics are dedicated to outstanding customer service and effective communication, ensuring that every patient receives personalized attention and treatment. Founded in 2010, MedNOW has expanded to 12 locations, employing approximately 50 medical providers and serving around 40,000 patients. We offer a wide range of services, including family medicine, internal medicine, addiction medicine, pain management, behavioral health, medical weight loss, dietician services, X-ray services, hormone therapy, immigration services, IV therapy, physical therapy, and massage therapy. In this role, you will see an average of 18-20 patients per day, primarily focusing on adult family medicine patients with various health concerns such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, depression, and anxiety. You will work collaboratively with our physician providers in a team-oriented environment, utilizing a multimodal approach to patient care that includes medication management, referrals for mental health care, and physical therapy interventions. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and you will be expected to maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans. To be successful in this position, you must possess a full and unrestricted Colorado medical license and DEA certificate. You will be expected to stay current with professional knowledge through educational workshops and participation in professional societies.
