About The Position

MyMichigan Health has an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the fast-paced Urgent Care Team in Midland, Michigan! This position is full-time with day shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per pay period, requiring coverage for 1.5 weekends per month. The facility is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
• AHA approved BLS Certification is required.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered based on training experience and background.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fully equipped facility with onsite x-ray.
• Collaborate with an experienced care team.
• Perform sutures and laceration repairs.
• Conduct splinting and casting procedures.
• Carry out foreign body removals, including from the eyes.
