About The Position

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is a skilled member of the health team who provides medical and educational services to patients in collaboration with a licensed provider. This role will assist the Radiation Oncology physician, seeing follow-ups and check-ins.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant.
• Current Applicable State Nurse License or Nurse Compact License, and Nurse Practitioner Licensure.
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years' nursing experience in specialty.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and educational services to patients in collaboration with a licensed provider.
• Assist the Radiation Oncology physician with follow-ups and check-ins.
