Requirements
- Active Colorado NP or PA license
- National certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- DEA: As required for primary care practice
- Certifications: As required by Lincoln Health credentialing
- Primary care or family medicine experience
- Comfort performing minor in-office procedures
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform minor in-office procedures as required
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely
