About The Position
Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is recruiting a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Palliative Care practice. The ideal candidate will have Palliative Care practice experience in an outpatient setting. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA Program and Nationally Certified by ANCC or NCCPA
- Board certified or board eligible
- Experience in comprehensive geriatric assessment
- POLST / Advance Care Directive trained
