About The Position

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team in Sacramento, CA!

Requirements

• Prefer 1 year of clinical practice (post-training); ENT experience highly preferred
• Experience or comfort managing pediatric patients
• Confident communicator, especially with patient families and interdisciplinary teams
• National certification as an NP or PA required
• Must be eligible for licensure in the state of California
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth - attendance at ENT specialty conferences (e.g., ENT PA conference) encouraged

Nice To Haves

• ENT experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Join a supportive team of experienced ENT physicians and APCs in a clinic focused role in Sacramento and occasionally Elk Grove
• Mentorship and collaboration from ENT providers
• Opportunity to perform a variety of procedures in clinic
• Serve both pediatric and adult population
• Manage common ENT conditions such as hearing loss, sinusitis, throat disorders, and other ENT complaints
