About The Position

We are looking for a bilingual Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife at our Escondido Health Center. Note: this position is a bilingual required position, we are only reviewing applicants that are English/Spanish bilingual. Bring your passion for reproductive healthcare to life by providing high-quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling. You’ll also be a go-to medical resource, supporting and empowering both licensed and non-licensed team members. This role is considered Full-Time/Fully-Benefited and is designed for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or a Certified Nurse Midwife licensed in the state of California. In this role, you’ll get to: Change lives. Collaborate with other Healthcare providers, Physicians, and Management on patient care and clinical improvements. Partner with a Case Management team, which will communicate with patients on lab results, referrals, and other aspects of patient care. Gain new skills such as IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, Bartholin Cyst I&D, and prescribe GAHT (Gender Affirming Hormone therapy). Requirements

  • Hold an active California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife.
  • Are eager to work in an environment that supports the agency’s commitment to equity and belonging.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Demonstrate compassion in providing patient care and supporting staff.
  • Are willing to jump in to help with coverage if need be.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (highly preferred).
