About The Position

We are looking for a bilingual Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife at our Escondido Health Center. Note: this position is a bilingual required position, we are only reviewing applicants that are English/Spanish bilingual. Bring your passion for reproductive healthcare to life by providing high-quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling. Youâll also be a go-to medical resource, supporting and empowering both licensed and non-licensed team members. This role is considered Full-Time/Fully-Benefited and is designed for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or a Certified Nurse Midwife licensed in the state of California. In this role, youâll get to: Change lives. Collaborate with other Healthcare providers, Physicians, and Management on patient care and clinical improvements. Partner with a Case Management team, which will communicate with patients on lab results, referrals, and other aspects of patient care. Gain new skills such as IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, Bartholin Cyst I&D, and prescribe GAHT (Gender Affirming Hormone therapy). Requirements

Hold an active California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife.
Are eager to work in an environment that supports the agencyâs commitment to equity and belonging.

Are willing to jump in to help with coverage if need be.
Bilingual in English/Spanish (highly preferred).
