About The Position

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife at our College Avenue Health Center. Bring your passion for reproductive healthcare to life by providing high-quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling. You’ll also be a go-to medical resource, supporting and empowering both licensed and non-licensed team members. This role is considered Full-Time/Fully-Benefited and is designed for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or a Certified Nurse Midwife licensed in the state of California.

Requirements

• Hold an active California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife.
• Eager to work in an environment that supports the agency’s commitment to equity and belonging.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• Demonstrate compassion in providing patient care and supporting staff.
• Willing to jump in to help with coverage if need be.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Change lives.
• Collaborate with other Healthcare providers, Physicians, and Management on patient care and clinical improvements.
• Partner with a Case Management team, which will communicate with patients on lab results, referrals, and other aspects of patient care.
• Gain new skills such as IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, Bartholin Cyst I&D, and prescribe GAHT (Gender Affirming Hormone therapy).
• Receive a rigorous training and on-boarding program similar to a fellowship.
