About The Position

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is a skilled member of the health team who provides medical and educational services to patients in collaboration with a licensed physician. In this role, you will join an experienced team and build a busy practice.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant.
• Current State of Wisconsin Nurse License or Nurse Compact License, and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Licensure.
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years’ nursing experience in specialty.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
