About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare services to patients with a focus on quality care.
• Manage an average of 18-22 patients per day.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for efficient charting.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants (MA) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for patient care.
• Participate in on-site anti-coagulation management and coordinate with resource pharmacists.
• Engage in practice improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
