Requirements
- PA-C or NP (ANCC/AANP), DEA, BLS (may obtain within 6 months).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day.
- Exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and radiation hazards; PPE required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers.

Responsibilities
- Respond to hyper-acute strokes and inpatient consults.
- Perform daily rounds, progress notes, and patient assessments.
- Prepare patients for neurointerventional procedures (pre- and post-op).
- Manage ER and hospital consults; one clinic day per week.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary neuroendovascular team.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute, critical, and chronic neurological conditions in an inpatient setting.
- Obtain histories, perform physical exams, and develop differential diagnoses.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments as appropriate.
- Interpret diagnostic studies and collaborate with physicians on treatment plans.
- Provide patient education on disease management, preventive health, and recovery.
- Coordinate care across multiple services, including pre-op planning and discharge.
- Document care plans and maintain records per established standards.
- Offer clinical guidance to nursing staff and ensure continuity of care.
