Join a well -established, Private Home Health Care company dedicated to providing high -quality care to Adults that are homebound, Assisted Living Facilities and Long Term Facilities. We are looking for a dedicated Full Time or Part Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider) to join our team in a role that offers true professional flexibility. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $50 – $65 per hour. Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefit package included. Work -Life Balance: Choose between a Full Time or Part Schedule. We are open: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm. No weekends!
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Active (or eligible) Ohio NP or PA license.
- Experience in Home Health preferred, but New Grads are welcomed!
