Nurse Practitioner or Physicans Assistant
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and clinically focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant–Certified (PA-C) to join our outpatient interventional pain management practice. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current national certification (NP or PA-C)
- Active or eligible for state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
Nice To Haves
- Pain management, orthopedic, spine, or musculoskeletal experience is preferred but not required.
- Eager to learn and open to mentorship
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working in a structured outpatient environment

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pain-focused evaluations, including medical history, physical examination, and functional assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret imaging and laboratory studies
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
- Conduct pre-procedure and post-procedure evaluations
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to coordinate care
- Participate in clinical meetings and quality initiatives
