Health for Life Naturopathic Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established, physician-led practice. Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Arizona
  • Active DEA license
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in primary care, functional medicine, or integrative medicine preferred
  • Interest in longevity, preventative care, and lifestyle medicine
  • Comfortable working within a collaborative, physician-led model
  • Willingness to learn and be mentored in functional, integrative, and longevity-focused medicine
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, receptiveness to feedback, and strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in collaboration with supervising physician(s)
  • Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing patient management
  • Evaluate and support patients in hormone optimization, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both men and women
  • Provide care within a large women’s health patient base, including hormonal, metabolic, and preventative care
  • Provide acute care visits across the lifespan, including pediatric and adult patients, within a primary care framework that integrates conventional and natural therapies
  • Assist in executing physician-directed treatment plans
  • Prepare, administer, and manage IV therapies, injections, and peptide treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols
  • Order and interpret laboratory testing within scope of practice
  • Support management of chronic conditions and metabolic health
  • Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and treatment adherence
  • Contribute to a high-quality, team-based care experience
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
