We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care. The Nurse Practitioner will contribute to the company’s growth by providing direct patient care at our Glen Allen location in Virginia. The Nurse Practitioner will make sure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy. The ideal candidate has experience working autonomously, and experience starting IVs and working with biologic drugs. The Nurse Practitioner role is perfect for those wishing to remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation, while having predictable hours, autonomy, and a manageable workload (always a 3:1 patient to clinician ratio). In this role you will: Provide in-person infusion care and support at a Local Infusion center 3 days a week, and work remotely 2 days a week. Your time will be split approximately: 80% Clinical Responsibilities Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and guidelines Communicate effectively with patients across all aspects of their care (scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, etc.) Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure appropriate and effective care Order and maintain clinical inventory and supplies 20% Quality & Compliance Responsibilities Onboard new Medicare patients by conducting establishment calls and completing documentation Perform chart audits, provide clinical supervision, and ensure compliance across the region Serve as a resource for patient education, especially for preventative health consultations

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care
  • Strong clinical judgment: IV therapy experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Experience with Medicare documentation and quality/compliance processes preferred
