About The Position

Ozark Regional Vein & Artery Center is seeking a highly capable and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing vascular program, working alongside Dr. Stout, a skilled and respected vascular surgeon, in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role within an office-based lab (OBL) and clinic setting , supporting advanced vascular procedures while managing patients across the full continuum of care. Our practice combines clinical excellence with an elevated patient experience, offering a unique environment for providers who value both outcomes and service. The Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients wi th a wide range of vascular conditions, including peripheral artery disease (PAD), aneurysms, and carotid and venous disorders. This role spans the full continuum of care- from initial consultation through in-office procedures and post-procedural follow-up -and includes close collaboration with the surgeon in both clinic and in our office-based lab (OBL) procedural environment. In addition, the Nurse Practitioner will participate in hospital consultations, patient rounding and discharge care.

Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with active state licensure

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in vascular, surgical, cardiovascular, or related specialty strongly preferred
  • Experience in or exposure to procedural environments or office-based labs (OBL), preferred

Responsibilities

  • Patient Evaluation & Clinical Decision-Making Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations focused on vascular health
  • Evaluate and manage patients with arterial and venous disease
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic data
  • Order and review diagnostic studies
  • Peri-Procedural Care Conduct pre-procedure evaluations and optimize patients for intervention
  • Partner with the surgeon in procedural planning and coordination
  • Provide post-procedure follow-up, including wound care and complication management
  • Monitor patient recovery and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Procedures & Clinical Support Perform minor in-office procedures (e.g., wound care, suture removal, basic interventions)
  • Assist with vascular procedures as needed within the office-based lab setting
  • Ongoing Patient Management Prescribe and manage medications related to vascular conditions
  • Monitor chronic & acute conditions and disease progression
  • Ensure continuity of care through appropriate follow-up and care coordination
  • Patient Education & Experience Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
  • Provide clear post-procedure instructions and set expectations for recovery
  • Contribute to a high-touch, service-oriented patient experience
  • Collaboration & Care Coordination Work closely with Dr. Stout and the clinical team to deliver seamless care
  • Coordinate with physician liaisons, referring providers and internal team members
  • Contribute to clinic efficiency and patient flow
