• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) certification.
• Current NYS Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license and certification with New York State Education Department.
• Documentation of current CPR certification required within one (1) week of hire.
