Provide onsite advanced clinical care, including acute, episodic, preventive, and chronic disease management Deliver proactive care for employees, spouses, and dependents Collaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis and care coordination Establish clinical pathways and treatment protocols Conduct telehealth visits as appropriate Coordinate care with external provider networks Maintain required licensure and certifications Schedule & Compensation One 8-hour shift, any day Monday through Friday. The (Required) Qualifications To practice safely and compliantly, we do need: Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC) Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification 2+ years of nursing experience (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient preferred) BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
