Position Overview – Nurse Practitioner (NP) We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our White Marsh, Maryland clinic . This role offers a 4-day work week (10-hour shifts) with flexible scheduling: Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday As the lead provider , you will guide a multidisciplinary care team and play a key role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license – Maryland
- Board Certified (FNP, AGNP, or related)
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Experience in: Primary Care Obesity Medicine Endocrinology or Chronic Disease Management (preferred)
- Strong interest in lifestyle medicine and multidisciplinary care
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage obesity and related chronic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Lead and collaborate with a care team (RD, trainer, behavioral health)
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment progress
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and behavior change
- Ensure documentation meets clinical and coding standards
- Support patient engagement, retention, and outcomes
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks aligned with CoreLife & MedStar standards
