Nurse Practitioner - NP - Adult Oncology Infusion Center - Per Diem - Day Flex Take your career to the next level as a Nurse Practitioner in the Adult Oncology Infusion Center. This Infusion Center provides expert oncology care by integrating new technologies and innovative clinical approaches to treat cancer and everything else it can affect. In this role, you’ll provide advanced clinical symptom management, emergency response, patient assessments, consultations, and follow ups for our Infusion Center. Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. Requirements

  • BSN
  • Master’s Degree in specialty of practice
  • Current New York State RN licensure
  • Current New York State license as NP in area of practice
  • National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty of practice
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Acute care infusion NP experience
  • Oncology experience as an NP/RN
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Advanced Oncology (AOCN) certified
  • APHON certification (chemo writing)
  • Experience with EPIC and procedures
