About The Position
MaineHealth - Neurosurgery & Spine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide care for both adult and pediatric patients at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. This role involves supporting a team of 12 surgeons and 15 Advance Practice Providers (APPs) in delivering surgical, emergency, and inpatient care, including ER consultations and first assisting in neurosurgical cases. The position requires working 12-hour day shifts, averaging 32-36 hours per week, with one night or weekend shift per week.
