About The Position

This is a dedicated outpatient neurology role centered on memory care and movement disorders, where you’ll work closely with adult patients experiencing conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other cognitive or neurologic impairments. Your day will be structured, predictable, and focused on meaningful patient interactions rather than high-volume turnover. You’ll evaluate patients, manage ongoing treatment plans, and provide continuity of care in a setting that allows for deeper clinical relationships. This role offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration, working alongside neurologists and a supportive clinical team while maintaining ownership of your patient panel. Expect a steady clinic flow with a focus on thoughtful assessments, medication management, and patient/family education. This is an ideal environment for providers who enjoy cognitive neurology, longitudinal care, and making a tangible difference in patients’ quality of life.
