About The Position

The Penn State Health - Hampden Medical Neonatology team is looking for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a level II NICU with well-baby and delivery room responsibilities. Following the appropriate orientation, the NP is credentialed and works independently and in collaboration with the attending physicians, peers and other members of the health care team to provide specialty care to critically ill patients. May order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays. May prescribe. Works in an inpatient critical care area. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by State of employment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
