About The Position
Tri-Area Community Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work 3 to 5 days a week at our Laurel Fork clinic. This position involves providing complex direct medical care to patients, including older adults and individuals with chronic medical conditions, as well as those facing social determinants of health. The work is performed independently with oversight from the Medical Director. The candidate must be capable of providing acute care for various needs and performing related tasks such as minor suturing. The Nurse Practitioner must adhere to the terms and conditions of the contracts and grants that fund Tri-Area's programs and projects.
