Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care
- Knowledge of electronic health records and healthcare technology
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in internal medicine or primary care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventative healthcare to adult patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, providing ongoing patient education and support
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice meetings
