About The Position

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with community-based mental health resources.
• Interest in teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to patients in a 35-bed acute inpatient unit.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, therapists, and social workers to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients.
• Support the Emergency Department as needed.
• Mentor and teach rotating nurse practitioner students if interested.
