Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes to provide care

• Independently perform a wide range of medical procedures including wound care practices, biopsies, debridement, suturing, and injections
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Conduct patient education sessions on treatment plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and healthcare providers
• Stay informed about advances in medical technology and treatments
• Exercise clinical judgment and decision-making in patient care
