About The Position
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part time Nurse Practitioner (NP) position in the Lake Charles area. Job Description: The NP provides general medical care and treatment to patients in medical facility such as clinic, health center, or public health agency, under direction of Physician, by performing the following duties. Responsible for in-house nursing facility visits to hospice patients for the purpose of conducting the face-to-face 60 day recertification encounter. Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Louisiana
- 1+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel is a must
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record

- Experience with hospice preferred
