About The Position

Revita' Life, an Axia Women's Health care center, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team that specializes in hormone replacement therapy. The ideal candidate will have a background in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), exceptional clinical skills, and a passion for improving patients' quality of life. This position is located in Sewell, NJ, which is conveniently situated not far from Philadelphia. The practice consists of three providers: one physician and two nurse practitioners, and operates Monday through Friday for a total of 40 hours per week, with no weekend shifts required. As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormone replacement therapy, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. You will evaluate and care for patients, both men and women, undergoing bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and develop individualized treatment plans. Your role will also involve performing pellet insertions, consulting with supervising physicians as needed, and monitoring treatment plans based on patient progress and laboratory results. You will be expected to establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members, patients, and their families, and demonstrate proficiency in using technology for documentation and communication. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will assist with daily patient phone triage and stay current with the latest research and advancements in hormone replacement therapy. The position requires a strong understanding of the endocrine system and hormone therapies, as well as experience in weight loss management. You will be practicing under established protocols and company policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safety principles in all aspects of patient care.
